Nationwide Shipping
We ship to the contiguous 48 states via UPS. Shipping rates and services are calculated at checkout based on destination. To protect quality, all shipments are selected to arrive within a maximum of three days in transit.
Shipping Schedule
Orders ship Monday through Wednesday, based on the service selected, to ensure arrival before the weekend whenever possible. Orders placed by 11:00 AM on an active shipping day typically ship the same day. Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. We do not ship on major or federal holidays.
Packaging & Protection
All products are shipped frozen, vacuum sealed, and carefully packed in insulated containers designed to maintain temperature and product integrity throughout transit.

Because our products are perishable, we can’t accept physical returns, but we gladly offer refunds or replacements for any order that arrives damaged, delayed, or does not meet our quality standards.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
Please reach out within 5 days of delivery if you experience any of the following:
- Product arrived thawed or compromised in transit
- Incorrect or missing items in your shipment
- Quality concerns upon inspection or preparation
We may ask for photos of the product and packaging to help us understand what went wrong and improve future shipments.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Please contact customer service with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Include any supporting photos if available.
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours to resolve the matter - typically by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Shipping & Handling Notes
Because we ship frozen perishable products, refunds cannot be issued for orders left unattended or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or missed delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your box on the delivery day. Please review our Shipping Policies for more details.
