Can I shop without placing an order first?
Yes. You are welcome to browse the available selection during regular store hours. If you need a specific cut or size, we recommend ordering online first.
How do I choose local pickup?
Add your items to the cart and select local pickup at checkout. We will contact you when the order is ready.
Can I pick up immediately after ordering?
Please wait until you receive confirmation from us. Pickup orders must be pulled and prepared before arrival.
Is everything on the website available in the store?
Not always. Our store selection changes regularly, and some specialty cuts are very limited. Ordering online is the best way to reserve a specific item.
Is the beef fresh or frozen?
Our beef is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to protect its quality, flavor and freshness. We suggest you bring a cooler if you have a longer drive.
Do you offer farm tours?
The Conyers location is our retail store and pickup location, not the working cattle farm.
Farm visits or special events will be announced separately when available.
What if I can't come during store hours?
We understand the schedules get crazy sometimes. Please give us a call and we will do our best to make arrangemtns for you.
