What exactly is a "Signature Reserve Share"?

A Signature Reserve Share is your portion of a single 100% Full-Blood Wagyu steer raised on our pastures, finished for exceptional marbling and processed exclusively for you. Instead of buying random cuts, you receive a curated share (Quarter, Half, or Whole) of one animal, ensuring traceability, consistency and true farm-to-table quality.

Which share should I choose?

Quarter Share - Take Home 100-120 lbs. - Need 6-8 cu ft Freezer Space - Ideal for smaller households and first time buyers.

Half Share - Take Home 200-240 lbs.- Need 12-16 cu ft Freezer Space - For Families and avid Home Chef’s

Whole Share - Take Home 400–500 lbs. - Need 24-32 cu ft Freezer Space - Ideal for Group buyers or serious steak enthusiasts

Quantities vary slightly per animal, but each share provides a complete range of cuts — from everyday favorites to rare specialties.

How does pricing work?

For each share, a deposit is required to reserve your steer. Your final invoice is based on the actual finished weight of packaged Wagyu, not hanging weight. This ensures you pay only for the beef you take home, fully trimmed, vacuum-sealed, and ready for your freezer. The packaged price ranges from $21 - $24 per pound.

Can I customize my cuts?

Yes. For Signature Reserve Half and Whole Shares, we can accommodate specific cutting preferences such as steak thickness, roast or steaks, ground beef blends, and other requests, if possible. Signature Quarter Shares follow our standard cutting plan for balanced variety and best yield.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes. We can offer insulated, temperature-controlled shipping within the continental U.S. for an additional charge. We do offer pick-up at the farm near Ocala, FL and at our facility outside of Atlanta. Complimentary delivery is available based on your location.

When will my beef be ready?

Our next delivery is scheduled for Spring 2026. Once processing begins, we’ll contact you with exact timelines for cutting, packaging and delivery.

Please note that each steer is hung in a climate-controlled cooler for 21 days to enhance tenderness and flavor naturally. This isn’t just dry-aging, it’s a natural resting period that deepens flavor while preserving the purity of Wagyu.

How long will the beef last in my freezer?

Our properly frozen, vacuum-sealed Wagyu will maintain peak quality for 12–18 months. We recommend consuming ground beef within 12 months and steaks/roasts within 18 months for best flavor and texture.
